I think we priced the house fairly and appropriately because we had a full price offer and were negotiating within two hours of it going live on the MLS. She was very knowledgeable and right on track with what needed to be done. I felt like she was very dialed in to the market. The process went so much smoother than it could have gone, and I give her the credit for that. She helped us make it happen quickly. I could tell she strives for excellence in everything she does. She was always very quick to respond. I was not tech savvy, so she walked me through the DocuSign procedure several times. Her patience on top of everything was very impressive to me. I have already recommended her to a couple of people.
