Lauren was top notch. She’s professional, thorough, and friendly. She knew her stuff. She got us our asking price, and it was a lot higher than a couple of the other realtors we interviewed. When we told her the price we had in mind and that some other realtors were thinking $50,000 less, she said, “No, I agree with you, because that view, people will pay for it.” She gave some good benefits to choosing her like staging of the house.
