Live Dream Colorado’s annual pledge day to Trails and Open Space Coalition is one of our favorite days of the year! Every time you buy or sell a house with us, you are helping to support and maintain the trails, parks, and open spaces that make Colorado Springs the one-of-a-kind, hike-and-bike friendly, outdoors-right-here-in-town place that we all love! Each and every year we donate a portion of sale proceeds to the Trails and Open Space Coalition to further the mission of protecting Colorado Springs area open spaces, trails, bikeways, and greenways.
