Number of Sales and Sale Price are picking up. Trends continue upward in Colorado Springs.

We’re not yet back to the prices we saw during the bubble, but sales activity and average prices are as high as we’ve seen here in town in the last decade. Sales activity and prices have even now surpassed the temporary high seen during the first time homebuyer tax credit of 2008-2010.
