I was a UCCS undergraduate student when I was first exposed to the power that real estate has to completely change your life. At that time I earned a very low wage, with which I was trying to pay for rent, tuition, and everything else. The financials of my life then were very challenging!

A retired real estate investor – with nothing to sell – sat me down and explained how equity builds when you buy property instead of renting. I left that meeting on a mission to buy a house! It didn’t happen right away. I dreamed and strategized for years. But I did make it happen much younger than the average homeowner, and despite many home improvement setbacks over the years, all the same I am thrilled that I made the decision at that time, and successfully bought a house soon after college graduation!

I’m also proud to be a local Colorado Springs business owner since 2017! A joy of my life is helping people achieve their own dreams through real estate by providing genuine, personal service. Owning and operating my real estate firm, Live Dream Colorado, and giving back to the local community is fun, meaningful, and rewarding!
