Live Dream Colorado and Trent Properties Group Broker $3.8M Sale of Redevelopment Project in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.June 23, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Live Dream Colorado and Trent Properties Group have arranged the sale of a redevelopment project located at 575 S Union Blvd in Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak Lodge No. 38 sold the asset to Dream Centers of Colorado Springs for $3.8M.

Consisting of four parcels, the property comprises 38,605 square feet of building space on 4.48 acres of land located at 501 and 575 S Union Blvd, 1810 Eastlake Blvd, and 0 Airport Rd. The transfer of this significant asset overlooking Prospect Lake, Pikes Peak, and Downtown represents the continuing revitalization of the South Union corridor across from Memorial Park near the Union Printer’s Home.
